We organize various (generally 1 – 3 months long) skill trainings i.e. sewing, electrical installation to support the process of self-empowerment of the youths. Such trainings have been a great practical way to break the cycle of poverty.

The selection of training type is based on the demand from the community. Through the generosity of our donors, at times, we’ve also been able to support the trainees with startup tool kits upon the training graduation.

For value addition, short financial literacy, micro-entrepreneurship training is also provided around the end of such trainings.
